What should I pay attention about the settlement of video conference attendance fees or hourly fees?
A: To prove that the expert or the agent with the consent of the authority has attended the video conference in person, please attach the following documents.
(1) A copy of the meeting notice, the meeting sign-in book captures the video conference screen or other control documents sufficient to prove attendance printed from the video equipment.
(2) The preceding document should be signed by the business contractor and the business unit manager or meeting chairperson to certify that the expert attended the meeting by video.
